By clicking submit I agree to be bound by the Racing Rules of Sailing (RRS), the prescriptions of Sail Canada and the rules and regulations (TBA) issued by the organizing authority for the event.
Competitors participate in the regatta at their own risk (see Rule 4, Decision to Race). Neither the organizing authority nor Britannia Yacht Club will accept any liability for material damage or personal injury or death sustained in conjunction with or prior to, during, or after the regatta.
Competitors will accept full responsibility for all their actions during any activity related to this event. This includes on-shore activities before, during, and after the regatta.

In the event that the regatta cannot be held all fees will be refunded.
Some reasons it will not be held due to CV-19:
Individuals requesting a payment refund may be subject to a admin fee, and in particular after July 31 such fees may be increased
